What you’ll be doing:

Cask is seeking an Engagement Manager to serve as a high energy trusted  partner  to our clients. Passionate about solving problems, building relationships, realizing value, and driving projects to completion, the Engagement Manager is an integral part of the Cask Delivery Team. The Engagement Manager will work with both internal and external stakeholders to Establish, Align, Deliver, and Sustain client relationships, client programs and  projects. 


  • Value Creation & Realization 

    • Work with stakeholders to identify engagement  outcomes in order to bring qualitative and quantitative client results

    • Lean in to opportunities to create new value through understanding client’s business and their current and future state needs; generate excitement about their roadmap and path toward the future

    • Create a backlog of future opportunities for the client

    • Work closely with the Cask Account Executive (AE) to develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, their people, their technology and their culture 

  • Client Relationship Management 

    • Act as the direct link between the Client and Cask during project and program execution. Communicate early and often with the client, using the appropriate medium in a professional manner.

    • Work closely with the Cask AE to build broad and deep relationships with customers that invoke a genuine, working relationship rooted in trust.

    • Together with the project team and the AE drive a high CSAT scores and repeat business

  • Leadership 

    • Identify key stakeholders within the client’s business and create a broad set of relationships.  

    • Provide guidance and thought leadership to various stakeholders within the customer organization

    • Pull in the right Cask team members at the right time to meet goals

  • Financial management 

    • Partner with Cask Accounting to ensure invoices are sent out correctly, on time,  and adhering to financial requirements of the client

    • Profitability management - ensure that project and programs are delivered within expected margins, on time and within budget 

  • Project Management 

    • Execute Project Management functions across all phases of delivery 

    • Hold an extremely high regard for risk management keeping client and Cask team on track, adhering to scope, budget and timeline 

    • Resource  scheduling, burned hours management & reporting 

    • Performance management of all resources assigned to the engagement. Promote a team culture of continual feedback on Cask team and with client to affirm the highest possible team performance and outcomes 

    • Ensure that deliverables meet Cask quality standards

    • Weekly project status reporting to various internal and external stakeholders including schedule, scope, budget, risks, issues, action items, and vendor management

    • Create and maintain project plans for various types of engagements

  • Your previous work incorporates experience with ServiceNow or other SaaS based product implementations. 

  • SDLC is your second language. You have a strong background in managing Agile development engagements.

  • Dot your i's and Cross those t’s? Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands is your nature. 

  • When faced with juggling priorities, you are able to identify the glass balls and adeptly delegate when necessary

  • You have experience working with a multi faceted team to scope and plan engagements. 

  • Ability and willingness to travel
