What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for someone to join our testing team in support of a program that is changing the way people work. This will require someone that can collaborate with our customers and an agile development team. You will define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret developmental tests for new or modified products or product components. You manage the set-up and performance of tests. You will participate in the development, maintenance, and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs. You will evaluate progress and results and recommend major changes in procedures, operating with considerable latitude.


●     Work with customers and other stakeholders to identify test cases

●     Develop automated tests with ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF)

●     Document and report test results

●     Work with development teams to fix problems

●     Define testing methods/create test plans for ServiceNow 


What you’ll bring to the table:

●      2 years of experience with software testing principles

●      2 years of experience with system testing methodologies

●      2 years of experience with automated testing tools, preferably ATF

●      Experience with scripting, running and maintaining automated tests

●      Ability to assess and comprehend system and functional requirements

●      Ability to comprehend QA processes and follow QA process guidelines

●      Experience with software development testing supporting workflows and business processes

●      Excellent written/communication skills; proficiency with MS tools

●      Comfortable collaborating with remote teams

●      Ability to prioritize testing based on criticality

●      Ability to lead training and testing sessions with the client

●      Ability to obtain a security clearance

●      BA or BS degree preferred
