What you’ll be doing:

Provide expert-level consulting to clients through facilitating process design, innovative problem solving, analysis, client management, focusing on service delivery in the Human Resources ServiceNow domain. Provide guidance and advisory to customers on best practices, including HR Process Design, Service Alignment, Case Management, Knowledge Management, Onboarding and Offboarding Lifecycle Design, and overall HR transformation. As a consultant in the Human Resources Practice, the ideal candidate will be expected to have a deep level of expertise and practical understanding in core human resources management, HR service delivery, and the ServiceNow HRSD module, and to leverage that knowledge and experience to help to develop solutions for our clients. The consultant will successfully lead project activities, assess and consult with internal and external customers, and deliver high-quality work products on customer engagements. A successful candidate must be analytical, innovative, possess a strong sense of attention to detail, and be able to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills. It is critical that the consultant be able to present complex solutions and topics in a concise manner. The candidate must be comfortable blending multiple services lines and offerings into one harmonious deliverable and executive presentation for audiences of all levels and skillsets.


  • Lead large human resources engagements in concert with other Cask team members.

  • Conduct current state assessments consisting of organizational policies, standards, and processes.

  • Develop and lead  business value assessments

  • Conduct HR process discussions with customers to determine potential process risk and overall maturity.

  • Develop HR service delivery process guides, that are custom tailored to each customer’s unique culture, HR transformation goals, and organizational objectives with industry best practices and compliance requirements are taken into consideration.

  • Create detailed HR service delivery roadmaps with short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals that prioritize remediation recommendations and address all instances of non-compliance with applicable regulatory, statutory, contractual, and organizational obligations.

  • Develop strategic, operational, and tactical recommendations tailored to each customer with the intent to remediate all identified risks and compliance gaps to improve a customer’s HR service delivery and employee experience

  • Work with other Cask Consultants in a collaborative setting to support and assist on the execution and delivery for customers 

  • Support Pre-sales activities assisting with demonstrations, discovery and solution design.



What you’ll bring to the table:

 

  • 5-7 years process modeling, process design experience and gathering functional requirements

    In depth experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery either as a user or system implementer

  • 5-7 years working with Enterprise business automation technologies (i.e. ServiceNow, SalesForce, Oracle, etc.)

  • 5-7 years of building and delivering roadmaps at a senior level for external client Shared Services organizations

  • Experience in the HR functional domain - leading Centers of Excellence or HR Operations a plus

  • 3-5 years previous experience in the design and implementation of HR technology solutions both in-industry and in a consulting capacity

  • At least 2 years previous experience working directly with external enterprise clients as a consultant  

  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements 

  • Ability to travel ~30% and on short notice

  • Certifications in Human Resources, Change Management and Lean/Six Sigma a plus

  • ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or HR Service Professional certification a plus

  • Previous Big 4 consulting experience a plus 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience

  • Experience with ServiceNow administration or implementation a plus.
