The Marketing Coordinator position is for an enthusiastic Marketer with the ability to help us in our overall Marketing efforts, with an emphasis on event and Social Media Marketing. You will be a key part of the development and execution of Marketing plans to create brand awareness and product promotion. A Marketing Coordinator should be a competent professional able to grasp behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You will be passionate about your field and well-versed in specialized Marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective campaigns that will help our reputation and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing strategy through planning and execution of events
- Own and execute Cask social media content and distribution
- Desire to learn about and understand Cask’s market through target events
- Assist in analyzing Marketing events and social media data to help shape future strategies
- Liase with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing team and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and Marketing efforts
- Undertake individual tasks of a Marketing plan as assigned
- Help support partner Marketing, planning, relationships and strategies
- Understand the strategies involved in the marketing of services
- Effectively and clearly communicate with coworkers, vendors and partners
- Apply the latest Marketing tools to all aspects of responsibilities
- Collaborate and plan with other project and program team members in a virtual setting
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Marketing experience (including traditional and Digital Marketing) for business to business (B2B) software or technology products
- Proven experience as Marketing specialist or similar role
- Positive, energetic attitude, and initiative; strong work ethic - ability to get things done and produce results
- Demonstrable experience in Marketing data analytics and tools
- Knowledge of Marketing software including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Email and Social Marketing tools, WordPress and more
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Positive, energetic attitude, and initiative; strong work ethic - ability to get things done and produce results
- Able to work comfortably in a hands-on, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in working with cross functional teams
- Highly collaborative, self-starter, always interested in learning and innovating, unafraid to take action, comfortable with structured chaos
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Ability to travel up to 25%
