Senior Product Marketing Manager


You’ll be the ultimate champion of System Surveyor. You’ll lead product marketing, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our SaaS Platform targeting specific industry and user segments. Plan to work closely with founders and all stakeholders in the business to ensure that our value and brand is well communicated and easy to understand. Your focus includes running and orchestrating product launches; researching and developing segments, personas and use cases; creating product messaging and web site content; developing our value proposition and pricing with product management; “whole product” go-to-market; and evangelizing System Surveyor’s offerings.  


 The ideal candidate is ambitious with experience in SaaS product marketing along with a strong mix of curiosity, business, and technical skills.  You’ll need to possess polished presentation skills, passion, and team leadership. This role will report to our co-founder and VP of Growth.


What you’ll do:

·        Define and refine target customer personas identifying key needs and opportunities for each

·        Conduct market segmentation, research and feedback, leverage analytics, and competitive intelligence

·        Lead go-to-market, whole product, and product launches to drive awareness, sales, and adoption

·        Provide messaging for marketing demand generation team, sales, and customer success

·        Create a consistent, compelling demos and presentations for our Sales & Growth team

·        Ability to understand trends and produce/deliver content for webinars, events, and speaking opportunities

·        Partner with sales enablement to create outstanding materials and training for GTM teams

·        Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and develop positioning and strategies for competitive differentiation

·        Conduct market research for new markets and opportunities

  • Ability to multitask and strong time management skills


Extra Points for:

·        Experience in enterprise marketing or communications/collaboration technology or construction or security software

·        Product led growth experience

·        Experience managing people and/or external contractors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 6-8 years of product marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and great organizational and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and webinar conferencing, analytics platforms, and CRM or related platforms
  • Goal-oriented, sense of urgency, efficient, and deadline-driven
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Virtual role with regular meetings with the team in person, requires professional place to work, web conferencing, and network availability
