We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to contribute on our growing team and business. Your main objectives are straightforward — reach out to promising leads, discover pains and needs, introduce the System Surveyor solution, and convert them into loyal customers.  This role will also work closely with our channel sales partners to collaborate on demos and opportunities.

The company offers a Business to Business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to professionals in the Electronic Security, IT, Audio-Visual and Building Automation industries and more. Based in Southwest Austin, the company is poised for rapid growth – and we need some dedicated and ambitious “A-players”.

Your Overall Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects, discover needs, and manage deals to close by selling to senior management at larger organizations and small to medium size business
  • Maintain minimum daily outbound call volume of 50-70 calls
  • Maintain minimum daily demo performance of 2 quality demos with System Integrators, Technology Managers, and Security Managers that will increase the pipeline
  • Sell high value B2B SaaS online utilizing web conferencing and over the phone working with channel partners or with inbound leads
  • Outbound call prospecting to inbound Marketing created leads and cold calling to new opportunities
  • Keep close tabs on the status of prospects, detailing their needs, tracking discussions, and intelligently following up
  • Perform pain discovery and provide demos to potential customers interested in a first-hand look at the product
  • Achieve sales benchmarks for the company and meet your financial goals
  • Qualify and demo the platform to all interested opportunities
  • Continually increase size of opportunities and overall pipeline for your territory

Who We’re Looking For:

There are a few qualifications we have in mind for the special someone to fill this position. Here’s the know-how and expertise we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 1-5 years of inside sales experience, with expertise in persuasiveness and negotiation
  • Familiarity with technology, SaaS is preferred, experience with Electronic Security, AV or other systems a plus
  • A relentless drive to connect with, listen, inform, and convert leads
  • Experience working with CRM software such as Hubspot or Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and webinar conferencing
  • Ambitious, independent, and goal-driven with a laser-like focus on exceeding your metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and great organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency in cold calling with proven track record of success
