The candidate for this position is an individual contributor who is responsible for building out a pipe of new logos who meet our criteria, cold call and build relationship and business case and excel at closing the opportunities.   By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify, qualify leads, and close new business.  

 

Responsibilities:

·        Develop and maintain new sales pipeline.

·        Build rapport and establish long term relationships with advertisers.

·        Presentation of NaviStone solutions.

·        Development of customized proposal and Statement of Work (SOW’s).

·        Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and decision makers.

·        Drive new business from new accounts.

·        Meet and exceed sales targets.

·        Sales forecasting.

·        Maintain, update and manage sales pipeline in the CRM system; HubSpot.

·        Travel as required to conferences, sales pitches and client meetings.

 

Qualified Applicants Must Have:

  • Minimum education: Bachelors’ degree
  • An existing network of B2C advertisers and brands in one or more of the following verticals:  Retail, Automotive, Financial Services or Consumer Services.  
  • Experience as a strategic seller; consulting with clients to drive recommendations and initial Scope of Work.
  • 7-10 years' successful hunting and quota carrying sales experience.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving assigned revenue and growth targets. Experience as a strategic seller; consulting with clients to drive recommendations and initial Scope of Work.
  • Experience in Direct Mail or Digital Retargeting (AdTech space)
  • Experience selling Enterprise brands and leveraging relationships for referrals across brands.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems, HubSpot preferred
  •  Ability to complete a Scope of Work document for internal and external parties to understand the goals and definition of the first test.
  • Must be able to navigate internal resources and teams.
  • Must be able to own process from: pipe building, research, deck presentations, and navigate for contract signature.

  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
