Marketing Analyst II (Social Media focus) This role works as an integral part of the Timios Marketing Team to support the integrated marketing function.  You will assist/support in developing and implementing customer segmentation, marketing campaigns, social media strategy, field marketing events, internal communications newsletters, and other initiatives in support of our products, services, and brand. The Marketing Associate will actively participate with idea generation and other marketing elements that will support the various initiatives that drive customer engagement and elevates our brand value

The role is responsible for the following tasks:

  • As assigned, manage marketing task associated with specific campaigns
  • Support the development of a cross platform social media plan, including managing and monitoring Timios social media channels
  • Possess a working knowledge the use and purpose of search engine optimization (SEO), keywords strategies, social signals, creating  engagement, and paid advertising
  • Plan and assist in the curation/execution of Senior Level Management’s social media accounts
  • Curate and manage content to be used across multiple platforms. This includes gathering content, writing content, design, and distributing collateral as needed.
  • Monitor marketing inbox and help manage demand for marketing services
  • Responding to inquiries from potential customers in a timely manner and in accordance with Timios’ marketing outreach guidelines.
  • Support field marketing events with the creation of specific marketing collateral that is created, ordered, and delivered and staged for all events (retail & corporate).
  • Support the creation of online connections and facilitate relationships through an effective online presence
  • Support internal communications by producing a monthly staff newsletter, monthly email marketing newsletter and ad hoc “blasts” as directed by the Marketing leadership.
  • Maintain an awareness of the industry, and track industry best practices
  • Able to work across teams and gather and process/analyze/evaluate input from various departments (i.e. Closing, Sales, Marketing)
  • Maintains physical and digital files, ensuring that a complete archive exists, and materials are easy for staff to locate.

Marketing Associate should possess the following abilities:

  • Understand basic marketing principles & be familiar with lead lifecycle.
  • Ability to pivot and aid others within marketing department when necessary

  • Support creation of compliance-approved communication and materials, with high quality, in a highly regulated industry

Desired Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience in marketing, social media, communications or related area. Knowledge of Title and Escrow services a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the principles of branding and brand marketing
  • Superior and versatile writing ability across a variety of content styles with attention to audience and brand voice
  • Ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with graphic design and tools (such as Photoshop) helpful, but not required
  • Must possess creativity and bring fresh perspective
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
