• Answering phone calls and directing them to proper personnel
• Daily reporting
• Prepare new escrow packages for buyer and seller
• Getting trained in preparing escrow amendments
• Assist in packaging loan documents
• Order demands and Homeowners Association documents
• Distribute incoming office mail
• Maintain office supply inventory and kept office organized
Basic Qualifications:
• Associates degree and minimum 2 years in an Administrative role.
• Minimum 3 years experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Reader
• Can understand and communicate conversationally in English both written and verbally

• Must be able to work well in a team environment with a diverse work group
• Detail Oriented and strong organizational skills
