Principal/Senior RFIC Design Engineer position. Responsible for designing highly-integrated millimeter wave RFICs in state of the art technologies. You will work with others to invent new circuit design and simulation techniques and will play an instrumental role in the growth and excellence of Movandi’s IP portfolio.
Key Qualifications:
· RFIC and Millimeter wave design techniques including EM analysis
· Proficiency in complex, highly integrated circuit design
· Understands basic packaging effects on circuit design
· Capable of teaching junior engineers basic circuit and simulation techniques and fundamentals about circuit performance
· Knowledgeable about foundry processes and trade-offs between different processes
· Proficiency in test methods for measuring individual performance parameters and ability to setup and test individual circuits
· Proficiency in stabilization techniques and stability analyses
· Highly skilled with Cadence design environment and able to develop test and simulation strategies to ensure first time right designs
· Experience with cellular development highly desirable
