Flexibility and Work Environment:

This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. We understand the importance of work-life balance and provide an environment that supports this. Occasional travel may be required for client engagements or team meetings. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead client relationships, project teams, and client engagement calls.
Gather and document user stories and solution designs.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and manage risks.
Configure Salesforce, write test scripts, and guide testing.
Train admins and end-users in Salesforce use and administration.
Independently handle smaller projects and collaborate on larger ones.

Desired Skills and Experience:

4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis.
Strong communication and client-management skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce solution design and configuration.
Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant.
Experience in Nonprofits, Higher Education, and/or Service Cloud is beneficial.
