Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. This role requires expertise in Salesforce technology and business process consulting. The successful candidate will focus on designing and implementing solutions and bring a strong understanding of Salesforce technology, a proven track record of successful delivery, and the ability to articulate and design solutions. Prior experience or knowledge within nonprofit organizations will be a significant advantage. Responsibilities
● Analyze business requirements and develop high-quality Salesforce solutions to meet these needs for multiple projects simultaneously.
● Documentation of solutions using ERDs, process flow diagrams, integration diagrams, etc.
● Facilitate discussions with both business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision & solution that meets their needs.
● Work closely with the project managers to manage and deliver Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
● Be the point of escalation for the delivery team for design & architecture related challenges.
● Lead solution and design checkpoints on multiple in-flight projects.
● Advise the Sales team on possible solutions as needed.
● Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices and ensure this knowledge is shared amongst colleagues.
● Translate complex technical subjects into clear business-oriented language for stakeholders at all levels within the client’s organization.
Desired Skills and Experience:
● 6+ years of experience in project delivery, with at least 4 years of experience in a Salesforce-focused consultancy.
● Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
● Certified in relevant Salesforce technologies (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect).
● Strong Salesforce Flow experience.
● Enterprise Architecture experience is a plus.
● Experience with Omnistudio is a plus.
● Knowledge of or experience with nonprofit organizations and their unique needs.
● Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
● Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
● Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management and delivery.
● Self-motivated and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
● Continuous learner, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.
