BTC Technology Services, Inc./S&L Fleet Services is currently looking for an experienced Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Lewis Center, OH.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of verifiable experience in a call center, data entry, scheduling, or dispatching roll, and should also be highly self-motivated with the ability to multi-task constantly while working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred applicants will be well organized, timely and reliable, and will possess exceptional customer service skills along with excellent phone etiquette, time management and computer skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Ongoing daily call processing – Inbound and Outbound
- High volume incoming order processing through various mediums including phone, email, and industry websites
- Cost effective scheduling / routing of field technicians within assigned dispatch region
- Professional verbal and written communication with co-workers, clients, and third-party customers
- Establish successful and effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Good attendance record
- Willing and able to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Infrequent/limited overtime
- This is a FULL-TIME position (40 hours per week)
