Who we’re hiring: We are seeking a Slate-experienced higher education enrollment professional to provide both Slate consultation and technical implementation of Slate features, specifically focused on communications. Our services include implementation support, report-building and analysis, campaign planning and execution, portal design and more. If Slate can do it, we strive to leverage it for our clients to drive enrollment.

 

The ideal candidate will possess moderate to significant experience working within Slate in an admissions and enrollment setting. Candidates should be comfortable with the technical aspects of the position and also offer abilities in enrollment communications, strategy, problem-solving and client facing interactions. Strong professional communications skills, written and verbal, are key to success in this role.

 

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and triggering Deliver campaigns focused on enrollment
  • Auditing current communication plans
  • Building email templates, forms and landing pages
  • Building Source Formats and uploading datasets
  • Configuring and managing performance reports
  • Researching and implementing new and existing Slate functionality
  • Providing consultation on Slate best practices and strategy
  • Occasional travel to partner institutions
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Technoultions Slate CRM experience (Extensive knowledge of Deliver functionality)
  • Ability and willingness to expand technical skills
  • College admissions experience
  • Self-motivation
  • Ability to function as an equal partner in a small autonomous team
  • Friendly and easy-going, comfortable in a casual office environment
  • Organized and task-oriented
  • Interpersonal skills to positively represent the company to its clients
  • Responsive and clear communications style

 

Hours: Full time, salary commensurate with experience, with bonus potential

Travel: Limited
