We are hiring a customer relations-minded professional to provide support to our business development and lead cultivation efforts. The Account Executive will coordinate lead development and generation activities, including on-campus and remote presentations, webinars, proposal development, RFP responses and conference participation. The AE will also function as an equal member of a small team dedicated to a client group acquired via these efforts. In this capacity, the AE will maintain the client relationship, provide strategic guidance and campaign support, and seek opportunities to extend and expand the business relationship. While sales-related, this position is not a traditional sales role, and does not involveaggressive lead-generation tactics, such as cold-calling.
- Bachelor's Degree
- One year of experience in a higher education admissions/enrollment setting
- One year of customer-relations or sales experience preferred
