The Campaign Director plays a pivotal role in GP Catholic Services, offering guidance and expertise to a diverse array of clients within the Catholic Church. They are entrusted with the mission of bringing about transformative fundraising strategies that resonate with the ethos and traditions of the Church. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Uphold and advocate for the firm’s core values, emphasizing the unique Catholic-centered approach to fundraising.
  • Exemplify the ethos of GP Catholic Services by adhering to our "responsible consulting" framework.
  • Strengthen bonds and establishes relationships with clients, ensuring their goals align with the Church's values.
  • Collaborate effectively with GP Catholic Services colleagues and teams allocated to the project.
  • Utilize the firm's technological tools adeptly to further client objectives.
  • Craft, refine, and present client engagement materials.
  • Deliver both on-site and off-site services tailored to each client's needs.
  • Convene and steer team meetings, client conference calls, and synchronize the team’s efforts.
  • Engage in pivotal discussions with clients and potential partners, representing the firm’s mission.
  • Steer internal project initiatives, ensuring timely progress and quality results.
  • Ensure all client communications align with GP Catholic Services' objectives.
  • Offer informed strategic counsel to refine and enhance service engagements.
  • Support sales and renewal efforts in collaboration with firm leadership
  • Identify potential opportunities for extended service or new partnerships, leveraging both personal and client networks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field
  • Experience working in a professional environment, either through internships or early career experience
  • Willingness to travel (a valid driver’s license is mandatory); proximity to key Diocesan Accounts preferred.
  • Ability to temporarily relocate for regional assignments may be required
