The Director of Marketing and Content at Graham-Pelton Consulting will lead the execution of the marketing strategy of the company. The Director of Marketing and Content will play a pivotal role in developing content to bolster our brand identity, amplify our outreach, and drive business growth. This individual will oversee the marketing team, including the Digital Marketing Specialist and Field Marketing and Events Coordinator. The role demands a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills to drive effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties

Lead and manage the marketing team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Oversee the development of marketing materials to strengthen Graham-Pelton's brand identity and position in the market. Ensure consistency and alignment with the company's brand strategy.

Regularly conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.

Content Creation and Management:

Develop and curate engaging content for various marketing campaigns, including webinars, conference presentations, and blog posts.

Produce quarterly webinars and coordinate the associated sales follow-up activities.

Provide expert copywriting support for industry presentations, website content, and other marketing collateral.

Build and maintain a repository of client success stories and colleague bios, highlighting the impact and achievements of the organization.

Manage industry sponsorships, ad placements, and opportunities for contributed content to maximize brand exposure and engagement.

Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and sales and client service teams, ensuring seamless communication and the creation of effective templates, deliverables, and materials.

Allocate and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal effectiveness.

Ensure timely and transparent communication with the CEO, senior leadership team, and other stakeholders about marketing strategies, results, and challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field

7-10 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or a related role

Nonprofit or professional services experience a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
