Associates join the company at many different levels of experience and expertise from mid-career to the Senior Executive level. Associates serve specific roles within the firm and our Practice Groups; during hiring conversations, we will discuss with you your areas of expertise and expectations about the amount of time you can deliver service on a monthly basis. Associates serve in one or more of Graham-Pelton’s Practice Groups: Healthcare, Higher Education, Independent Schools, and Social & Global Impact. The growing Data Analytics and Advancement Operations service domain seeks candidates with a depth of experience in fundraising data analysis, prospect research, portfolio optimization, moves management, and database/CRM management and optimization (Raisers Edge, Salesforce, etc.). Responsibilities may include:

  • Leading prospect identification services
  • Conducting Prospect Pool Analysis, leveraging wealth screening and predictive modeling tools
  • Delivering portfolio management services
  • Developing prospect pipeline management processes and manage client pipelines
  • Overseeing and/or conducting individual prospect research (assessment, short bio, full profile)
  • Establishing prospect research policies and workflows and conduct accompanying prospect research training
  • Segmenting data to aid in Annual Fund strategies, building and/or using predictive modeling tools
  • Conducting relationship mapping services
  • Utilizing data visualization tools to maximize storytelling and interpret data into actionable next steps.
  • Other Data Analytics services, as needed
