Tax Season Administrative Assistant needed to support fast growing accounting firm in Midtown Manhattan. The position could lead to a full-time permanent position. Need pro-active, competent, confident, and skilled individual with 1+ years of experience to assist with the tax preparation process including scanning documents provided by the client in our office, organizing files and documents, review timesheets for accurate entry, onboarding new clients, assembling tax returns for mailing, handling incoming/outgoing mail via post office/FedEx/Messenger, deposit checks. Must be proficient in ALL MS Office programs, including Outlook, Teams, excel and word. Must be a team player. QuickBooks knowledge a plus. Knowledge of accounting is a big plus! College degree required. Position is on-site.
