Residential Interior Designer
Sweet Sparkman Architecture & Interiors is a successful and growing design firm in Sarasota, Florida. We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our seasoned team.
Job Duties:
· Work closely with the Firm Principals, Lead Interior Designer and team members on project design and management.
· Work closely with clients and design team to establish interior design direction and project concepts.
· Effectively manage interior design projects through all phases of design, including construction administration and production of all interiors-related selections & documents.
· Prepare 3D concept perspectives, interior elevations, details, finish, and furniture plans/specifications.
· Assist with procurement of interior furnishings, including writing purchase and sales orders.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Professional Degree in Interior Design
· Proficiency in Revit desired, but not necessary
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Adobe suite a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and time management
· Ability to collaborate with others, meet deadlines, and work with diverse clients
· Experience with interior construction management & GC collaboration
· Minimum 5+ years of experience
Job is full-time with benefits (vacation time, 401k, health insurance). Salary range commensurate with experience.
