The ideal candidate will have prior experience within professional services and 2+ years of Recruitment Coordination/ Diversity
•Full C-19 Vaccination and Booster are required unless otherwise permitted by law
Responsibilities:
-Manage and handle front desk responsibilities including coordinating and setting conference rooms for meetings, ordering catering and managing the conference room calendar.
-Maintain candidates in Applicant Tracking System
-Provide administrative support for recruiting and diversity initiatives
-Gather feedback, program coordination, event coordination
-Attend & assist with planning recruitment/ diversity events/ functions
