About Build the Shared Future:

The prevailing global governance system is being strained by today’s intersecting crises of climate change, pandemics, conflict, and inequality. Institutions created in the mid-20th century must be fundamentally redesigned to democratize power, unlock new forms of multilateral cooperation, and deliver coordinated, equitable, and anticipatory solutions to the biggest problems impacting humanity’s well-being. The Build the Shared Future initiative seeks to support this transformation by advancing a new global architecture that democratizes multilateralism, reimagines health as a global public good, and reshapes humanitarian aid from reactive relief to community resilience.
