The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager (Part-Time, Paid Hourly) to own and grow KINGART’s social presence across platforms — with a strong focus on creator collaboration and performance-driven content.
This role blends creative direction, content strategy, and analytics. You’ll work closely with design, e-commerce, and leadership to turn content into community, traffic, and sales.
This is a part-time, hourly position, ideal for someone looking for meaningful ownership, flexibility, and hands-on impact with a growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

Own the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms

Build monthly and quarterly content plans aligned with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives

Balance brand storytelling with performance-driven content
Content & Creative

Brief, direct, and collaborate with designers, creators, and internal team members

Identify trends early and translate them into on-brand content

Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all channels
Community & Creators

Grow and engage KINGART’s creative community

Manage creator/influencer collaborations (seeding, briefs, usage rights, reposting)

Actively engage with comments, DMs, and UGC
Performance & Analytics

Track KPIs including engagement, follower growth, traffic, conversions, and revenue influence

Use insights to optimize content formats, posting cadence, and platforms

Report results and recommendations to leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with e-commerce, paid media, and product teams to support launches and campaigns

Repurpose high-performing organic content for paid and marketplace use
What We’re Looking For

2–4+ years managing brand social media accounts (consumer brands preferred)

Experience growing accounts organically and tying content to business results

Comfort working with creators, influencers, and UGC

Data-driven mindset with strong creative taste

Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable moving fast

Passion for creativity, art, or creator culture is a huge plus
Nice to Have

Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and creator platforms
