What We're Looking For
Acumera is now hiring a Billing & AR Specialist to facilitate company growth. This role is responsible for all monthly SaaS Services & Equipment/Project Management Billing for a growing number of client relationships.
To ensure success as a Billing & AR Specialist, this role requires a self-disciplined problem solver with excellent project management skills and a good eye for detail. Importing and exporting data and files and troubleshooting the imports is key to the billing process. The Acumera Finance & Operations team is looking for a tech savvy Billing Specialist to handle high volume billing and payment processing. Acumera values "curious" mindsets that are open to always learning and looking for continuous process improvements. Someone that understands the importance of client relationships and is not averse to picking up a phone to build those relationships with our clients.
What you will do
As an integral part of the Operations team, the desired candidate will have responsibility for the following:
Complex Billing
Account Receivable reconciliation
Processing automated ACH payments (NACHA) and credit cards transactions
What you need to have
3-5 years high volume complex billing experience
Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must be self-motivated with a desire to learn
Ability to work effectively with all personality types
Detail oriented
Must demonstrate a strong work ethic
