What we are looking for

The ideal Enterprise Sales Account Executive is a proven hunter who enjoys prospecting, negotiating and closing deals all while driving customer satisfaction and strategic business expansion. We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Account Executive who creates and manages the pipeline within a specified territory to deliver results against an assigned quota.

What you will do

As an integral part of the sales team, the Enterprise Sales Account Executive candidate will have responsibility for the following:

  • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Understand customer technical and business needs and requirements
  • Close complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders
  • Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, consistently achieving quota
  • Develop and maintain a substantial pipeline of qualified opportunities, and consistently maintain an accurate forecast
  • Successfully negotiate win-win agreements based on value selling
  • Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders
  • Build account plans to maximize delivered services and customer satisfaction within assigned accounts
  • Identify and manage existing customer retention while proactively reaching out to develop upsell opportunities
  • Travel requirements: 15-20%

What you must have

  • 3+ years of technical sales experience with multi-site businesses
  • Thorough understanding of a related technology
  • Experience carrying quota with a track record of over-achievement
  • CRM - Experience required
  • Highly personable, energetic and positive with the ability to create relationships face to face and on the phone
  • Highest level of integrity
  • Passionate about sales and technology with an energetic attitude to get things done
  • Highly motivated - requires initiative being a role that will be constantly evolving
  • Experience selling to VP and C-level executives with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to easily convey and relate ideas to others while exhibiting strong listening skills
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
  • Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or an acceptable combination of education and experience

Other skills/requirements:

  • Security experience from a previous role
  • 1-2 years SaaS/software selling experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • The work schedule is often flexible, varying from time to time, and may include weekends, starting early and/or staying late as required
  • Previous roles selling to IT/Security Individuals
  • Experience in a high-growth company
