Position Summary:  This position will be responsible for a variety of professional and personal administrative tasks for Golf Division clients, including providing logistical support, assisting with daily requests, and helping with divisional operational and client-related matters.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists Marketing Managers and Agents with client management support, to include:

    • Client tournament and professional travel (airline, hotel, ground, visas, etc.);

    • Concierge requests (restaurant reservations, personal needs, family needs, etc.);

    •  Logistics for personal appearances, sponsor commitments and activations, charity events, media interviews, etc.;

  • Assists the entire Golf Division with logistics and organizational needs;

  • Develops strategic relationships in key concierge areas;

  • Responds to fan mail, charitable requests and general inquiries as directed;

  • Contributes to development of Excel Golf Division marketing materials and recruiting presentations;

  • Provides personalized solutions for clients and proactively addresses potential requests;

  • Secures and sends product for clients’ personal and charitable needs and tracks that product to ensure receipt;

  • Tracks client servicing requests and fulfillments;

  • Assists in ensuring client information is up to date and accurately portrayed externally;

  • Takes thorough meeting minutes and disseminates them to the group;

  • Adjusts schedule as needed depending on client and golf division needs;

  • Interfaces as needed with clients, their families and friends; and

  •   All other duties as assigned.

 

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required;

  • 1-2 years experience in sports industry or sports marketing required.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Demonstrates keen problem-solving skills and resourcefulness;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint or similar platforms;

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and exercise flexibility as needed;

  • Ability to remain composed in pressure-filled situations;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Exceptional organizational skills;

  • Ability to maintain discretion and manage highly confidential information.

 

The pay range for this position is: $60,000 per year - $62,500 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
