Position Summary: 

The Assistant, Brand Marketing will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of this position include providing administrative support to the Head of Brand Marketing, assisting in daily office needs, and providing support on brand marketing and client related matters. This position will be located in the New York Office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supports senior-level executive with administrative tasks including:

o   Answering and directing calls;

o   Managing correspondence;

o   Maintaining schedules;

o   Developing and maintaining filing system;

o   Booking travel;

o   Performs complex and confidential administrative responsibilities;

o   Handles special requests for clients, which may include game tickets, tickets to other events, merchandise, gifts, etc.;

o   Producing and submitting expense reports;

o   Performs all other duties assigned.  

  • Coordinating external and internal meetings;

  •  Providing status reports on priority projects and outreach follow-up;

  • Serves as point of contact between executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow;

  • Assists with client related matters, marketing projects and special tasks as needed;

  • Conducts marketing research and assist with the creation of marketing collateral;

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • 1 year of experience (including internships) 


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: experience using Excel, PowerPoint or a similar platform is preferred;

  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and exercise flexibility as needed;

  • Must have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating strong communication skills;

  • Must have exceptional time-management skills and be able to execute tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic, ever changing environment;

  • Must be a flexible and reliable team player;

  • Must provide superior customer service and always seek to improve the client experience;

  • Must be able to think creatively and innovatively;

  • Interest in Sports Marketing and/or Client Servicing preferred.
