Position Summary:


Nolan Partners, an Excel Sports Management Company, is seeking a resourceful, organized and proactive coordinator to support the President of Nolan Partners. This role will be instrumental in supporting the collective sales, administrative, and operations efforts of the division. The position will be located in the Dallas office but may include occasional travel to Excel’s New York office.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


Support President of Nolan Partners on day-to-day work, including but not limited to:

·       Answering and directing calls, managing correspondence, developing and maintaining candidate and client profiles in CRM, and booking travel.

·       Coordinate scheduling of calls and meetings for the President. Conduct research in advance of calls, supporting him with dossiers of relevant information.

·       Assure day to day administrative support for the Dallas team including booking and preparing of conference rooms, printing materials, shipping documents to clients, booking of travel, and other projects as assigned.

·       Manage and maintain Salesforce and Pipedrive/CRM systems, Invenias/ATS.

·       Draft outreach for President, Nolan Partners and follow up to schedule meetings and calls. 

·       Develop category and property-specific outreach strategies for Executives to deploy. Preparing pre-meeting materials and follow up items while taking copious notes.

·       Support sales efforts by constantly prospecting industry opportunities including follow through: drafting proposals, presentation development and special project deliverables to include research, strategy development, writing, and visuals.

·       Proactively monitor industry and business trade news to identify business development opportunities. Send daily email to the team with relevant news headlines.

·       Assist project sales lead and marketing solutions group as directed with onboarding and platform development for new clients. Communicate with other Principals and Partners for account updates and sales pipelines.


Education & Experience:


·       Bachelor’s Degree

·       1 year of executive assistant experience

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


·       Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: experience using Excel, PowerPoint or a similar platform is preferred;

·       Must have the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and exercise flexibility as needed;

·       Must have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating strong communication skills;

·       Must have exceptional time-management skills and be able to execute tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic, every changing environment;

·       Must be a flexible and reliable team player;

·       Must provide superior customer service and always seek to improve the client experience;

·       Must be able to think creatively and innovatively;
