Position Summary:

Our team is looking for a passionate and energetic self-starter to support our Analytics function. This person will manage the day-to-day collection and analysis of social media and digital content across clients. This includes collaborating with partnership analysts and Director of Analytics Operations to provide critical inputs for partnerships valuations.  The role reports to the Vice President, Business Intelligence.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, collect, and aggregate relevant content across identified owned and earned outlets.
  • Manage delivery and reporting schedule for social and digital data to align with important client deliverables.
  • Act as point person for social & digital media questions from partnership analysts and brand marketing team member.
  • Provide regular reports on social insights and analytics to measure KPIs and value.
  • Work with multiple analytics platforms to identify efficiencies around data collection and analysis.
  • Monitor digital & social media for notable trends and conversations that are driving meaningful engagement.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing team on content ideas for client campaigns.
  • Monitor daily social coverage of clients to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on relevant competitive brands for benchmarking.
  • Stay abreast of all relevant client, industry and technology developments.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • 2-3 years of direct experience in social content management and measurement;
  • Basic presentation and PowerPoint skills.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be passionate about digital & social media content and trends.
  • Must have passion for digital and social media campaigns across the sports landscape.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have familiarity with social media reporting tools; ability to develop reports and provide insights.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, focus and attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple deadlines and balance short-term and long-term projects.
  • Must have the ability to work outside working hours when needed.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work on a small team in a dynamic organization.
  • Must be able to think strategically, creatively, and problem-solve.
  •  Must have excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environment.
  • Must be driven to increase industry knowledge and work to stay ahead of the curve.
