Cirrus Insight is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to contribute to Cirrus Insight’s Marketing, revenue, and strategic outcomes. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, and working with an existing high-performing internal and external team, the Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing Marketing campaigns from start to finish. They will coordinate with both internal stakeholders as well as our Salesforce partners. 

Expected to analyze, monitor and uncover growth-oriented insights related to our business and assets, this role will coordinate with key stakeholders to drive more active users. Responsibilities

  • Help our customers be successful by reviewing and analyzing data and research to identify opportunities for improvement in the customer journey. 

  • Create, Execute and manage marketing programs and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring clear communication of all aspects from initial scoping to the final review. 

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Success, Support, Engineering, and Operations.

  • Maintain Brand and Partner standards. 

  • Work within Cirrus Insight’s cadence of reporting and improvement to feed the corporate planning process.

  • Think outside the box to deliver high-value actionable insights that drive Marketing excellence.

  • Identify critical leverage points, bring the information and stakeholders together to elevate the discussion and insight. Build consensus around best practices, benchmarking and continuous innovation.

  • Help our team be successful by demonstrating Cirrus Insight enthusiasm. This includes a passion for excellence, the drive to deliver the best and a willingness to work closely to support the success of other teams within and outside of Cirrus Insight. 

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral. Experience with B2B Enterprise accounts strongly preferred.

  • Strong project management skills required, experience with agile planning and execution a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and Pardot.

  • Demonstrated partnership with the Salesforce and/or Pardot community.

  • Demonstrated ability to both analyze and visualize data and express concepts to teams at all levels and cross-functionally. 

  • Experience with Ad, social, and content platforms such as Adwords, Hootesuite,  and Photoshop preferred but not required. 

  • Demonstrated ability to provide actionable insights that move the business forward exponentially.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or related field preferred. 

  • 3-5 years of experience in tech, SaaS, B2B or B2C Marketing.

  • The incumbent will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

  • Travel to customers, events and Cirrus Insight’s Knoxville office will be expected at the rate of approximately one week per quarter.

  • Location: We have a geographically distributed team. Cirrus Insight also works with a variety of remote and offshore teams. The VP of Marketing is located in Irvine, CA and this position is in Irvine, Ca.
