Human Resources Generalist
Cirrus Insight is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, recruiting, managing the administration of the policies and procedures, and collaborating with leadership to develop programs for talent development.
This is a strategic role requiring someone who enjoys finding and attracting candidates in various business critical roles, planning and developing programs with multiple offices, and has attention to detail while particularly interested in the professional development of Cirrus Insight personnel.
As we grow rapidly, recruiting and talent management efforts will be a top priority. A successful candidate will be able to lead multiple recruiting strategies, foster a successful recruiting and candidate experience, enforce process, and execute across multiple department recruiting efforts. At Cirrus Insight, our culture is exceptional and the successful candidate will be able to embody an attitude of continuous improvement, personnel development, and team skill enhancement.
The outcome is an attractive employer brand, positive and productive employee contributions, and a career environment for growth and scale.
Culture is critical - and we see top-down the need to embody an attitude of continuous improvement and corporate commitment to personal and new skill development.
The makings of a world-class team - we've got strong leadership but need to establish an even higher bar to find and keep the best talent at all levels.
Pervasive across the office - we see pride, individuality, personality, dedication, accountability, and expertise.
Our team works hard, has fun, but stays sane doing it - our people are flexible, they work smart, and they value sustainability over burn-and-churn.
Poised for growth - we're at a turning point, preparing to reintroduce ourselves to the market as a next-level player.
