THE WELL New York
Adjacent to Union Square Park and just steps away from Fifth Avenue, THE WELL New York is an integrated wellness center in the heart of New York City. The 13,000-square-foot space brings together modern medicine and ancient healing practices that focus on whole-person health. The brand’s flagship location includes a full-service spa (featuring a steam room, dry and infrared saunas, as well as treatment rooms for bodywork and skin care), a functional medicine practice and health coaching, Chinese medicine and acupuncture, an organic wellness café, yoga and meditation studios, a foot rub and IV therapy lounge and an innovative posture lab. PARTNERSHIP & EXPERIENCE MANAGER
The Partnership & Experience Manager supports the Director of Experiences in the strategy, planning and execution of brand partnerships, Visiting Masters program and other unique member and public-facing programming and experiences.
This role reports to the Director of Experiences. This is a remote, but NYC-based position that requires the ability to be at our NY location regularly to oversee the successful implementation of key events and brand experience strategies.

The Responsibilities
Brand Partnerships
- Oversee brand partnerships that expand awareness and reach for THE WELL brand, provide benefits to THE WELL members and guests, and/or generate revenue
- Under the guidance of Director of Experiences, manage the strategy, planning, execution and measurement of brand partnerships
- Work with cross-functional teams (Ops, F&B, Sales, etc.) to prioritize partnership focuses, set goals, execute partnership campaigns and measure partnership marketing effectiveness
- Identify and evaluate potential partners and opportunities for collaboration and tailor a designed proposal to each partner
- Seek out partnerships that can directly drive new customers to THE WELL New York and/or provide discounts and special offers to THE WELL members that will be promoted to the member base through THE WELL owned channels
- Manage partnership terms to ensure both THE WELL and our partners are fulfilling all obligations
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key contacts and nurture new potential partners by networking and attending local industry events
- Stay on top of trends to provide recommendations to the Brand team around new potential partners
- Partner with Brand team to develop strong messaging and storytelling that is cohesive and consistent across marketing touchpoints
- Consistently review KPIs and reporting around current partners
- Review NPS responses and member data to determine which partnerships are effective in member retention and guest satisfaction
Brand Experiences
- Oversee the execution of programming for THE WELL New York, liaising with external partners, Operations, Events and F&B teams
- Under the guidance of Director of Experiences, develop a programming strategy for THE WELL New York that expands awareness and reach for THE WELL, drives thought-leadership in key topics that reinforce our pillars of wellness and supports membership growth and retention
- Liaise with our Visiting Masters and other programming partners to collect approved photography, bios, etc. for marketing collateral
- Develop copy for promotional marketing materials and coordinate with Marketing Manager to ensure all agreed promotion takes place (emails, social posts, etc.)
- Update website What’s Happening page with latest programming and events
- Maintain brand programs like Beauty & Grooming Bar, often supported by partnerships — and recommend additional opportunities for brand-enhancing programs and experiences
- Consistently review KPIs and reporting around current brand experiences, review NPS responses and member data to determine which experiences are effective in member retention and guest satisfaction
The Person We Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in Marketing or Programming / Events— ideally in hospitality, fitness or or wellness industries
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with external and internal contacts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities

Salary Range
$70,000 - $85,000
