THE ROLE:
THE WELL is looking for talented people who care about customers and are passionate about building a platform that improves people’s health and wellbeing. As a member of THE WELL’s digital team, you will be an integral part of the product development process from concept to launch. The digital team works closely with our marketing, e-commerce and operations teams to develop new features for our platform. We are a close-knit collaborative community whose culture is rooted in mutual respect, empathy and the drive to help our customers take greater agency for their health
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Work on THE WELL’s e-commerce platform, marketing website, CMS and data warehouse
Be involved in architectural decisions as we grow THE WELL’s club and digital platforms
Help define, document, evolve and evangelize high engineering standards and best practices
Understand business requirements and balance technical requirements with business needs
ABOUT YOU:
4+ years working within well maintained codebases
Experience using JavaScript, Vue.js or React.js
Excellent knowledge of SQL and data structures
Experience taking the product, design and architectural specs and being able to execute through to launch
Ability to solve problems in a thoughtful and pragmatic way
Well-versed in unit testing as well as version control systems (git)
Experience with a headless CMS services a plus (Sanity.io, Contentful, Prismic, GraphCMS)
Experience deploying and building applications with Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
