ABOUT YOU: 


THE WELL is looking for a Digital Product Manager to oversee our ecommerce and marketing website experiences. The ideal candidate will have product management experience at an ecommerce company working closely with engineering and marketing. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for implementing new features across our website and CMS to deliver a seamless customer experience while simultaneously increasing conversion, AOV, and revenue. You must be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and working in an ever-evolving fast paced environment. 


THE OPPORTUNITY:


  • Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, product development and operations to define business requirements for all site updates and ecommerce product launches

  • Define a roadmap of website and ecommerce updates and optimizations, including design and functionality enhancements for both end-users and backend CMS users

  • Lead end-to-end project/product management, from concept development and design to implementation through to post-mortem analysis

  • Conduct market research, user research, and user testing that inform product requirements.

  • Oversee our Shopify platform as well as manage our 3rd party Shopify integrations including but not limited to our subscription engine (ReCharge) and communications platform (Klaviyo) 

  • Lead and execute initiatives, such as building and updating content structures in our CMS platform, developing templates, new page designs, and website funnel features to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience

  • Work closely with the Director of Digital Product to help inform the overall digital product strategy and roadmap

  • Define KPIs for all initiatives, build reporting requirements for the development team, QA reporting implementation, closely monitor analytics, and update stakeholders on product success


KEY TRAITS: 


  • 3 - 5+  years experience in digital product and eCommerce

  • Experience with Shopify 

  • Experience with CMS structuring and development

  • Comfortable managing an agile development process

  • Superb communication skills and patience with others

  • Self starter with leadership skills to motivate a team

  • Passionate about UX and a strong advocate for end users

  • Empathy for backend users and their work flows
