The Role: 

We are seeking an experienced brand marketer with a passion for wellness to join our team as Brand Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate would have 2-5 years of previous marketing experience, especially at a start-up and/or in the hospitality or wellness industries. This role would report directly to the VP of Marketing and work closely with functional leaders across all departments—from Editorial and Creative to Membership and Operations.

The Opportunity

·         Work with VP of Marketing to shape a strategic vision for campaigns and always-on programs to reach, engage and grow THE WELL audiences

·         Analyze and measure campaigns, identify what’s working and not working and key implications for future campaigns

·         Oversee brand consistency throughout our growth, ensuring brand standards are adhered to in-Club, across owned channels and within external partnership or press exposure

·         Develop and implement Club-level communications, supporting operational needs, membership sales and community building

·         Liaise between PR agency and internal stakeholders

·         Work closely with our internal Creative team and external creative partners on generating briefs and providing recommendations to support development of brand materials for use both internally and externally

·         Manage the development of branded sales and partnership materials, including partnership decks, membership brochures, email campaigns, etc.

·         Partner with cross-functional teams to develop marketing reports that provide metric-driven and actionable insights on a regular basis

·         Oversee project management and workflow for marketing and creative projects across departments


The Person We Need

·         2-5 years of experience

·         Able to toggle between left and right brain (creative, strategic, analytical)

·         Extremely organized and detail-oriented

·         Passionate about wellness

·         Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment

·         Aligned with THE WELL mission and enthusiastic about the role brand messaging and experiences can play in realizing that mission

·         Entrepreneurial and risk-oriented, with an understanding of the dynamics of small, high-growth companies and an ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment

·         Confident and experienced in decision-making

·         Comfortable with communicating decisions to company leadership and partners

·         Strategic, big picture thinker who can push the team to think boldly and creatively without losing sight of the finer details
