Our integrative medicine doctors, health coaches and skilled practitioners work together under one roof to build customized plans uniquely suited to each member and their goals.
The 18,000-square-foot club includes a full-service spa with steam and sauna, an organic restaurant, reflexology lounge, yoga and meditation studios, private training gym and classroom with innovative weekly programming. Responsibilities
Accountable for the overall financial and operational planning, leadership, and direction of digital product strategy and deliverables
Develop, maintain and track budget and resource allocation plans for executing on strategies.
Work closely with finance to ensure financial success and viability of digital products
Work with product, marketing and engineering teams to develop strategies for digital products and manage high growth revenue pipeline and targets
Proactively communicate timely updates of project status, milestones and barriers to stakeholders
Develop integrated revenue and growth strategies to acquire and keep customers and digital members
Work with developers and product teams to produce digital deliverables
Produce project deliverables in-line with agreed upon timelines
Develop measurement plans with customized KPI necessary to track big picture success and alignment with strategy
Skills and Equivalent Experience
At least 4 years of experience in consulting or finance at an organization with a digital strategy
At least 2 years of experience working on digital products and strategy
Deep understanding of digital product, digital growth strategies as well as the marketplace and current trends in digital marketing, growth marketing, funnel optimization and retention
A proven track record of developing actionable and profitable strategies that also drive business growth and brand equity
Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving and quantitative skills
Ability to innovate and develop creative solutions to complex problems
Ability to motivate and manage cross practice teams that are not direct reports
Strong emotional intelligence, verbal and written skills with the ability to take complex ideas and distill them down into digestible concepts
Ability to manage internal stakeholders to set expectations appropriately and deliver on those expectations
Strong understanding of how to build out compelling, provocative and aesthetically appealing PowerPoint or Keynote decks
The ability to accurately scope and budget projects and manage timelines
