Role and Responsibilities:
- In this role you will be responsible for managing the project (or multiple projects) delivery and schedule
- Responsibilities include:
- Running daily scrum meeting
- Manage deliverables priorities for the team members
- Executing the project in waterfall or agile methodology, depending on project
- Coordinate activities between client and internal team members
- Prepare and provide project status to internal or client stakeholders
- Prepare and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly project status reports
- Prepare or update project plans to represent project progress
- Maintain the project content and deliverables on Sharepoint etc.
- Weekly status reports
- Weekly client meetings, internal reporting to Managing Director
- Manage all communication to the client, as a single point of contact for the client
- Review and approve business deliverables (FSD, Test Reports etc.)
- Ensure every step of the project is executed successfully
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of resources with the client
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge and experience in both waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Hands on extensive experience on tools like:
- Sharepoint
- JIRA
- MS Project Plan
- MS WORD
- MS Excel
- Hands on experience on writing exceptional and complex SQL queries and procedures
- Hands on experience on using tools like JIRA, HP QC ALM etc.
- Experience to work with the teams on global presence
- Should be able to work independently to result high quality deliverables, covering both functional and non functional requirements
- Extensive project management experience
- Domain knowledge of Anti Money Laundering, Trade Surveillance and in general compliance knowledge is a big plus
- Experience on compliance products like Actimize, Mantas/FCCM, SMARTS etc. is a big plus
