We are seeking an Actimize Support Consultant


Actimize Support Consultant

  • 5 to 6 Years of experience in developing/supporting Actimize AML modules (SAM, CTR, CDD, and WLF)
  • Experience with Actmize AML modules (SAM, CTR, CDD, and WLF).
  • Experience in SQL Server/Oracle
  • Good Knowledge of scripting language (Powershell and batch file).
  • Experience with Control-M scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of incident and problem management life cycle.
  • Performing health checks and monitoring the production system to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance & reliability throughout the software stack.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.
  • Excellent written and Verbal communications skills.
