JOB DESCRIPTION

NICE Actimize is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Subject Matter Expert in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) to join our dynamic and growing Cloud Services team. The team works with a wide range of financial institutions across our cloud-based Managed Analytics and Consultancy client base. You will focus primarily on Anti-Money Laundering, but with future potential to move into Fraud Prevention, Trade Compliance, and other NICE Actimize products.

You will be the main point of contact for the Client, Project Management, Technical and Data Science Teams providing SME advise and liaising between all the parties to ensure successful delivery and ongoing coverage of a project. This is a client facing role which requires creativity, analytical thinking, deep knowledge of the business domain, planning and hands on approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to create content for the regular working sessions with clients.
• Help identify and implement solutions that will improve alert accuracy.
• Participate in client meetings, present data driven insights, industry trends, recommendations.
• Support model building & rules tuning process as a subject matter expert.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to explain best practices and advise on their application.
• Support implementation teams and lead initiatives at key strategic projects.
• Actively interact with RnD and product teams.
• Maintain and update a project documentation repository.
• Contribute to pre-sale activities, participate in sales/presales meetings.
