Your Role

·        Partner closely with business leaders across all functions

·        Manage timelines, driving our initiatives forward and reprioritizing as necessary

·        Ideate,  develop and execute rollout of our programs

·        Coach managers on performance management, feedback, employee development and change management

·        Lead design and implementation of cross-company programs: onboarding, learning & development, employee engagement survey cycles, performance reviews

·        Collaborate with leadership to help coach team members through clear expectation-setting, continuous feedback, growth-oriented coaching, development planning, etc.

·        Develop materials that are engaging, inspiring, and inclusive and you’ll partner with internal creative teams to ensure presentations, participant materials and digital solutions take the relevant audiences into account

·        Support processes to determine participation and feedback in our sessions

·        Maintain warehouse of materials and help build enduring aspects of programs (website, intranet)

·        Generate metrics to evaluate effectiveness and feedback of programs, and identify insights that will drive to continuous improvement and sustainability

·        Build a mechanism to integrate data insights that enable us to make great decisions about our talent

·        Support the rollout of new hire initiatives for a meaningful onboarding experience

What You Bring

·        Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

·        Minimum of 4-5+ years of related experience (background/expertise as an HR generalist, HR project manager, HR business partners/advisor to leadership)

·        Experience building and/or rolling out talent solutions in a fast paced or high growth environment

·        Experience managing internal learning/employee programs

·        Ability to deal with confidential information appropriately

·        Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and problem-solving skills

·        Problem-solving mentality - ability to effectively address tricky situations and communicate up appropriately

·        Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and manage your and other’s time

·        Interest in managing/evaluating data and using data to generate insights

·        Strong orientation toward collaboration and teamwork

·        Self-starter with strong organizational skills/detail orientation, ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, mission driven environment

·        Dynamic, will welcome and embrace constant change, and will be energized by growth and opportunity to build programs/processes

·        Outstanding EQ – high degree of empathy and the ability to build trust with business stakeholders and employees.

·        Strong project management skills

·        Strong computer skills. Fluency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

·        Exceptional communication, problem solving, and attention to detail

·        Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills

·        Ability to act independently and take initiative
