You would execute the day-to-day strategy of our medical management efforts.


ü  Launch and build out Product Management function at Canopy Health

ü  Pick up where consultants leave off, connecting strategy to implementation to designing for operational success

ü  Be the voice for performance and profitability by unique plan code, collaborating with Care Delivery, Data Analytics and Finance teams to craft a unified view of which products to accelerate growth, which to sustain, which to restructure and which to divest from.

ü  Partner with health plans to align product positioning, ensure functional areas are connected with their respective peers, focused on network differentiation such that brokers/consultants and employers see Canopy Health as a unique and attractive offering.

ü  Manage roadmaps and full lifecycle across entire product portfolio.

ü  Prepare Product Committee agenda and materials


What we’re looking for

ü  Passion about expanding consumer choice and improving health care for the San Francisco Bay Area

ü  5-10 years of product/project management in a provider, health plan, hospital, or other health care focused (e.g. vendor) organization.

ü  A product mindset matched with a strong project delivery disposition

ü  Proven initiative and ability to champion and lead an initiative from concept through implementation.  Comfortable with ambiguity.

ü  Persuasive writing, communication, negotiating and presentation skills. 

ü  Excellent relationship-building skills, across multiple organizations/vendors

ü  Solid creative, analytic and organizational skills

ü  Strong business case, budgeting and financial acumen

ü  Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project. 

ü  Bachelor’s degree.  Masters preferred.
