Order Processing Manager US & international (m/f/d)

You will play a key role in building up the "commercial order processing" department.

Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for the processing of incoming orders, returns and purchase of goods
  • You maintain and evaluate data in our ERP system Oracle Netsuite, potentially also from Salesforce
  • You will design the "Order Processing" area and introduce active improvements – both process-wise and technically in the ERP
  • You will work closely with various departments such as Sales, Support and Finance – as well as with external suppliers and service providers

Your profile:

  • You have several years of professional experience in commercial order processing (B2B), ideally in the software or IT industry or in a business model with subscription
  • You have knowledge of accounting topics, esp. billing, customs
  • You are well versed in working in ERP systems (ideally in Netsuite), but you are also well-versed in Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce.com is an advantage
  • Your English is fluent in spoken and written, German would be a plus
  • You are a team player, strong communicators/diplomats as well as goal- and solution-oriented and enjoy cross-departmental work as well as contact with customers
  • You have strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
  • You are proactive and independent in your way of working
