Job Overview: 

The Manager of Collections Strategy Execution will own debt sales process execution and enhancement. This means they will holistically evaluate a monthly process with multiple touchpoints, identifying opportunities for improvement and mitigating risk. They will write and enhance SQL scripts supporting the process, manage relationships with vendors, develop and report on controls, and review accounts as needed. The associate will also develop controls, reporting and analysis to support other areas of Collections and Servicing.


Responsibilities:

·         Own debt sales process execution & enhancement for emerging credit card issuer

        o       Assess and improve a business-critical process

        o       Write SQL scripts

        o       Manage relationships with internal and external partners

        o       Develop control and exception reports

        o       Manage relationships with internal and external partners

        o       Review accounts on an as-needed basis

·         Define and develop control and exception reporting to support Collections and Servicing

·         Create and analyze executive-level reporting for Collections


Requirements: 

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         2+ years of process design or execution experience

·         Proficiency with SQL; familiarity with Tableau, Python and other data analysis tools is a plus

·         Attention to detail & high level of organization 

·         Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and solve problems dynamically

·         Self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity and open-ended problems

·         Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

·         High degree of initiative with a strong drive for results
