Provides assistance to the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, VP of Clinical & Regulatory and VP of Human Resources by managing a wide variety of administrative functions including calendar management, travel management, and acting as a liaison to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and have great attention to detail. They must also be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.


  • Support 4+ executives in extensive calendar planning, corporate travel coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare executive expense reports
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations as required
  • Perform recruitment activities that include coordinating travel and interview schedules
  • General administrative duties for the office as needed (answering phones, ordering lunches, greeting guests)
  • Photocopy and fax information and documents as needed or requested
  • Provide coverage for other office support team during leaves and vacations



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 additional years of relevant experience
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an executive support role
  • Must have experience in supporting remote based executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential
  • Must have knowledge of secretarial, office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
  • Must have expert knowledge of MS Office
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations/information
  • Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Must have good command of the English language, oral and written
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and multi-task
