We are seeking candidates to join the fast-growing Oracle Cloud ERP team @ CastleBridge Consulting. This position will include working with our clients to provide best practice consulting and transformation services for Oracle Cloud Financials.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supports CastleBridge clients in their Oracle Cloud ERP finance transformation
  • Serves as the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Lead on projects through the full project life cycle: planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live and post-production support
  • Builds up best practices within CastleBridge's Oracle Cloud ERP Financials methodology (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Cash Management, Fixed Assets)
  • Blends process and technology expertise to create a next generation Finance function
  • Performs hands-on delivery of workshops, configuration, and other project tasks as necessary
  • Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions
  • Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions
  • Supports development of Proposals and Statements of Work
  • Conducts demos of Oracle Cloud Financials to prospective customers
  • Stays current with all service offerings – cross application, cross-geography Keeps up with current releases, features and practices
  • Maintains current certification in one or more of the following: Accounting Hub Cloud, General Ledger Cloud, Payables Cloud, Receivables and Collections Cloud, Revenue Management Cloud

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstratable Oracle Cloud ERP consulting experience
  • Intimate knowledge of Oracle Cloud application-based solutions in the Oracle Cloud ERP space (experience as a business user or degree in Finance preferred)
  • Strong understanding of business processes within Finance at all levels
  • Outgoing personality
