Job Brief

Radformation is seeking a self-motivated and highly driven Talent Acquisition Manager to help build strategy and programs to attract top talent into our growing company. This role provides the full range of recruitment, screening, referral and selection activities for a wide variety of positions, mostly targeted in the Radiation Oncology/SaaS space.

Employment and search efforts are diverse and complex in scope, where analyses of situations require a review of a variety of factors to build a robust talent pool. The candidate will identify and present qualified candidates for professional-level positions across the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager will exercise considerable judgment and discretion to determine appropriate action in the hiring process. This role will act as a true partner to the business to identify talent gaps, implement sourcing tools and processes and ensure we have an engaging candidate experience. Education and Experience
  • Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training; OR a Bachelor’s Degree in related area plus three (3) years of related experience/training.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full recruiting life cycle.
  • Experience using and well versed in applicant tracking systems (ATS). 
  • Working knowledge of applicable Human Resources policies and procedures, labor contracts and employment law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity.
  • Thorough knowledge of interviewing and employee reference techniques and methodologies.
  • Proven experience conducting complex salary analyses and making salary recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing (grammar, spelling, editing, proofreading) and be able to articulate complex ideas for all levels of audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong candidate pipelines to meet rapid growth and demand.
  • Strong background in developing competitive compensation packages/offers.


    Responsibilities

    • In charge of our full-cycle recruiting process; ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. 
    • Actively identify, recruit and source candidates in the radiation oncology, healthcare, SaaS field. 
    • Partner with business leaders to define requirements for key positions, identify ideal candidate profiles and project hiring requirements to meet headcount growth. 
    • Use metrics and feedback from hiring managers and candidates to review the effectiveness of assessment tools, sourcing channels, employer brand strategy and talent acquisition efforts.
    • Report out progress of the recruiting pipeline, flagging hot spots and recommend creative solutions.
    • Stay abreast of evolving recruitment practices and employment related legislation; effectively utilizing recruitment best practices.
    • Ensure timely processing of hires in ATS and quick to respond to active candidates.
