Job Brief

Radformation is seeking a self-motivated and creative Salesforce Admin - Data Analyst to join an innovative team. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in impacting cancer patients throughout the world. The Salesforce Admin - Data Analyst will support internal revenue operations by manipulating and analyzing a variety of data sources such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Google, with the goal of generating actionable data for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Success teams.

This position will help define standards and best practices for the optimal capture of source data, as well as optimal systems integrations, which will lead to process & operational improvements. The ideal candidate is passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented, has excellent problem solving abilities and enjoys working on complex business problems. Your skills will play an integral role as we grow current products and launch new products for cancer centers.


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related position with Salesforce administration
  • B.A. / B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality of Salesforce
  • Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Strong data and project management skills with the capacity to articulate complex requirements
  • Expertise to build custom apps and objects, workflows, custom views, and formula fields
Responsibilities

  • Ownership of key technical aspects of the Salesforce platform, including custom development, reporting, and dashboarding.
  • Lead marketing automation architecture and implementation to include sales and marketing alignment, lead-to-revenue strategies, database requirements, automation configuration, and functional mapping of integrations.
  • Ownership of key technical aspects of the Salesforce platform, including custom development, reporting, and dashboarding.
  • Work with Apex code, SOQL, Process Builder, Visualforce pages, Lightning components and other technologies to build simple and scalable solutions that support business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales on periodic contract data analysis and cleanup.
  • Own and maintain the data modelling and data transformation logic using ETL tools to support data workflows across integrated business systems.
