EP Wealth Advisors, LLC (“EPWA”) is a wealth management advisory firm with over $4 Billion in AUM as of December 31, 2018, serving predominately high net worth individuals. EPWA is seeking a Client Services Support team member for our office located in Irvine. The Client Services Support position will involve a variety of account administration and sales support duties, playing a key role in assisting the client service team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  •          Support the client service team that works with one or more advisors
  •          Collaborate with the operations team, provide assistance and communication on client related tasks
  •          Prepare forms for client on-boarding
  •          Receive client calls as they pertain to money movement, maintenance, and process with the custodian
  •          Maintain electronic client files; enter data and documentation in CRM and client portal(s)
  •          Assist in the distribution of quarterly statements and other mailings
  •          Receptionist duties including, but not limited to: answering phones, confirming appointments, managing the office calendar, ordering supplies
  •          Create and distribute regional correspondence
  •          Adhere to all company policies and procedures and perform business functions with focus on consistency, quality, and compliance
  •          Perform additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary in order to support the client service departmental objectives

Qualifications:

  •          2 years experience office experience, 1 year experience in the financial services industry or related field
  •          Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  •          Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •          Ability to prioritize workflow and assignments in a deadline oriented environment
  •          Ability to organize information in either electronic or paper form
  •          Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
  •          Demonstrates ability to multitask while maintaining an eye for detail and accuracy
  •          Strong interpersonal skills, works well with others, and enjoys supporting a team dynamic
  •          Ability to work independently and exercise discretion on confidential matters
  •          Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, technology platforms, and custodial websites
