Computer Repair Technician Primary Responsibilities

· High Velocity Repair – technicians fulfill the needs of our clients by ensuring repairs and diagnostics are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible

· Quality Assurance – technicians are responsible for ensuring all repairs are completed correctly and thoroughly, including documented post checks on all devices


A successful Computer Repair Technician will have the following:

· Excellent attention to detail

· Works well in a fast-paced and changing work environment

· High school diploma or GED preferred; college or technical/vocational school a plus

· Basic computer/electronic skills preferred

· A+ certification preferred
