Our Growth Team is tasked with growing BrightPlan in this emerging market. While structurally aligned under marketing, every GTM team works collaboratively in building strategic partner pipeline and supporting strategic sales execution. The focus of this role is to help drive new and existing partners' success through enabling referral relationships. Our partners ability to articulate what BrightPlan does and why it matters is core to our aspirational goal of bringing financial wellness to everyone.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a strategic GTM plan for establishing BrightPlan’s existing and growing partner ecosystem and drive results

  • Build out-of-the-box partner campaigns to drive engagement and enable more brand awareness and more co-marketing programs to accelerate rep relationships and create more referrals

  • Build out-of-the-box campaigns for partner’s customers & prospects to leverage and drive awareness/education regarding financial wellness

  • Support defining and enabling handoff between new channels and existing channel teams to accelerate productivity and results. 

  • Support the build of needed content and assets for campaigns, webinars, events, the website, social media, etc.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and ownership over partner data in SFDC. Analyze and provide key insights to enable the field.

  • Communicate updates, needs, and successes to internal and referral partner stakeholders 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a preference in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in go-to-market partnership roles preferably with benefit broker experience and/or strategic enterprise partnership enablement.

  • A purpose-driven self-starter who desires to make an impact by growing a company.

  • A team player attitude with a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative, positive and purpose-driven work environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of an organization.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload.

  • Proficiency in leveraging go-to-market tech stack to execute business plan: Marketing automation, CRM software, sales engagement platforms (preferably including Salesforce and Hubspot).

At BrightPlan, base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, related job skills, residence location, as well as market indicators. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the base pay range for this role is listed annually below.

The minimum and maximum annual salary for this Partner Marketing Manager position is $80,000 to $140,000.
This position is eligible for BrightPlan's standard benefits offering, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company contribution, annual performance bonus, life insurance, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
